I've got 0.5 inches in the front and a full 1 inch difference in the rear measuring from center of hub to bottom of fender.

Slapped on some ICON's...set the coils where I wanted them. "No Lean"...:) Guess in a perfect world everything would be level. Until then, I guess we'll have to take on that responsibility...

For $32,000, the trucks leaving Toyota's manufacturing plant better be "perfect", aka level. It is never the responsibility of the purchaser to correct the flaws of the manufacturer, unless you choose to do so. That is an expensive proposition I, and most truck purchasers, refuse to make. Let 'em fix the damn thing! Enough said.

No sweat. I didnt take it that way. I just wanted to assure anyone who is still battling this that, hope upon hope, there will be some reasonable resolution from Toyota. Funny, I used to never really care about relatively minor issues with the cars and trucks I have bought over the years. I guess getting into the $30000 plus range made me a little less tolerable! Lol. Thanks for your response. -Rob

So I see here that people are addressing the leaf springs, but I have seen on other posts that if you level the front it fixes the rear. Do you have to do both or what??

Edit: If you fix the front.... Basically, meaning the its the front that is sagging and causing the rear to lift.

On my truck, with an empty gas tank and no weight in the bed, I originally noticed the gap between the arched leafs and the helper leaf was much smaller on the driver's side than the pass side. The gap is a quarter inch, which is the thickness of one leaf. As I get closer to my first oil change at the dealer, I am at 2700 miles, I am anxious as to what if anything Toyota will do. I don't believe the front coils are to blame here.

They are, and I would tend to agree...except...most of the uneven weight in Tacomas is closer to the front.
If I jack up the driver's side in front with a jack, on level ground, it lowers the rear passenger side (just like articulation off road when getting "crossed up"). This makes it almost perfectly level in the front AND rear. When I lift mine I will certainly do it all 4 corners, but I think I will need to adjust the drivers coil a tad higher than the passenger side, but I don't think I'll need to space the leafs differently-aal on each side and that should do it. Or at least I friggin hope so!

Just as a follow up in case anybody still reads old threads...
I finally lifted mine with toytec adjustable collar coilovers and had to adjust the drivers side 0.5 higher than the passenger to fix the lean. I must have had closer to a 1" difference left to right. Also fixing the front also fixes the rear for me.
