OK guys, Am in the process of doing the Defrost w/o ac mod as well as the locker any time for my TRD off road. Both of the plugs use the same style of pins, and i cant for the life of me get the pins out of the factory plug. I undid the clip on the bottom of the plug the and tried inserting a safety pin into the front of the plug to presumably release a little tab to allow the pin to come out of the plastic housing, but to no avail.

    HELP!

Most of the connectors have a lock that slides out the side about 1/8", pry it out gently 'till it stops, then release the individual pins with the safety pin.

yeah i did that. i popped the lock out, then from the front side of the plug i tried using something to release the pin inside and it wouldnt budge.

anyone have any pics of the pins outside of the plugs and a plug without a pin in it?
