Bolt I've never touched was loose.

    Don't know what it's tightened to but it was basically ready to fall out. I wiggled in a torque wrench and put 12 ft lbs on it to secure yet not risk stripping anything. This was close the radiator (behind the radiator) on the drivers side at 90k miles.

    I hope I don't find this anywhere else :-/

    Good catch! At least now you won't have to buy another one.

    Shows how much vibration an engine experiences all the time. I learned that when I put solid mounts on my Civic. I would have a bolt fall out of the dash somewhere about once every month or two, and the rear view mirror was useless. Great fun to drive though and no more cracked exhaust manifolds.

    This is common. Bolt heat stretch and become loose. I see it everyday. Good catch it is always a good idea to randomly check over fasteners.

    i went two years with out that bolt cuz i sheared it off while installing the super charger

    Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
    looks like it fell off recently based on the clean threads. Having owned dirtbikes for years... blue locktite is your friend!
