On average, between 1-3 mpg. It all depends on driving style. Some folks don't have significant fuel loss.

Recently put 305/70r/17's MTRs on. First couple tank fulls sucked, like 15 - 16 mpg. But when I tried to get good fuel milage, I was able to get 18-19 mpg average out of a couple tanks. But with the new meats I'm off roading way more, which, really sucks the fuel down.

depends where you live. and the weight of the tires.

i lost 2-3 mpg going from 265/70r17 duratracs to 285/70r17 hankook dynapro atm's. but that was also with heavier alum. wheels on the hankooks. plus the hills/mtns of WV really take it out on gas milage

I went from 245/75/16 Kelly Safari trex on stock wheels to 285/70/17 cooper at3's and went from 17.5 mpg avg to 14.5 avg. I might get 16 on the highway.
