    ME too, im having same problem. I cant find anything that was a solid fix. Have a new actuator and still does same thing. Haruumph!

    You check to see if the wires going to it have power? I ordered a twin stick case to solve my problem :D

    Having the same problem with my 2006 Tacoma. What happens is that they have what looks like a vacuum hose that comes off of the actuator and allows it to get water inside. The water then burns up the electric motor inside the actuator. All i can find online is an assy for $785.00 !! Not cool
