I have a 2007 Tacoma Prerunner with an automatic transmission. My battery is dead and need to push it out of the garage to jump it. I turned on the key and put my foot on the brake, but I cannot get it to move out of park. What am I missing?

There I'd a small square plastic cover on you shifter. Lift that up with a small screwdriver and the manual gear release is underneath

Welcome to TW! There is a switch under the little square price of plastic on the shifter console. Press it and you can shift it.
