Will bolt on sliders be ok for moderate rock crawling? I don't plan on doing any difficult trails that require sliders, but I want them just in case for extra "insurance" and looks. Also, what are some companies that have the least expensive sliders? How heavy are they? Thanks, Bill

Yes.. bolt on will hold up to whatever you throw at them. Mine are bolt on and I haven't had any issues.

Bump. Who makes some of the least expensive sliders? How much does a set of sliders typically weigh?

Depends on how they mount to the truck. I got Avid off-road bolt ons on a sweet Black friday plus TW member discount. They mount to the cab NOT the frame. I will be getting them converted to weld on in a few weeks thanks to a local TW member.

B.A.M.F makes some good looking ones that bolt up to the frame.
