    That's what they basically told me at first. The rep just came out and said sorry and checked the truck and said everything was ok within 5 minutes. It wasn't until I started to ask for a manager and talked to someone that looks like they know what they're doing that I got something that resembled a good solution. I'm considering taking it to a local shop to get a second opinion from someone with a certification or two.
