Get that frame checked on a rack Op.

 

Look at the fender flare in this pic. Just using my body shop experience, I think with your symptoms of crazy shimmies and wabbles that are happening, your problems are going to be deeper than a bumper.

The fender flare is buckled out towards the top and it looks as if the bed may even be buckled just behind the wheel. Get under the truck with a flash light and look at the frame. I am going to be there is frame damage with your symptoms.

my 09 took a hit that didn't look that bad.bent the rear frame down a little.all fixed now.mine was a dang camry too.
