Who makes this bumper?

I've been searching for a rear bumper that fits my needs and I haven't had a lot luck finding it. I know I can go custom, but I wanted to check to see if there was something close already on the market that will work or I can modify. Here's what I'm looking for.

The number one thing is that I retain the factory hitch. I tow often and I can't go to a class III hitch that some bumpers have built in. Kaymar was at the top of my list but fell off because of this.

Since I'm keeping the hitch I don't need a tire carrier.

I'd like it to hold 3 Septer cans, a small LP tank, a trasharoo (obviously without a tire), a fold down table and a telescoping light.

Lastly the swing out should be easy to unmount when I'm not camping. The truck is my DD so I don't need all that weight and accessories all the time.

A bonus would be a secondary camera or being able to use the stock one.

CBI is the closest I have found so far and it would require the swing out to be custom. But before I reach out to them I wanted to see if or what my other options were.

Anyone have any input/ideas?
