    That's Carmax.

    I asked my local chevy dealer where Carmax gets their cars. He said "from my customers, doesn't bother me at all, I'm not here to buy your problems" (I've known the guy for 15 years, bought two Toyota puckups from him)
    Carmax routinely offers 20-30% more than new car dealers.
