Thanks... Ok. I have 2006 PreRunner TRD Off Road Short bed and they just installed 5100 Series Bilstein for both front and back, Rockstar 2 XD series with BFG tires 285/65R18....And my problem is I noticed my braking power is not good enough compared before can anyone suggest if I can upgrade to a bigger rotor and caliper to compensate for the bigger tires or how about new rotor does it make any different? Since I never change my rotor.

    Not cheap.
TRD Big Brake kit, or the Tundra (1st Gen) upgrade.

You can also upgrade the rear to disk, but the bulk of your braking comes from the front.

Just got a better rotor. EBC is the brand. Can't remember the model. Worked a lot better.

Increasing your rotor size will require you to change your caliper's mounting position (and you really should change your pad/caliper as well since the current caliper and its associated pad shape are designed for a certain diameter rotor).

Your best bet for the most noticeable braking improvement is to get a more aggressive pad and couple it with a quality rotor. More aggressive pads are harder and run hotter. A cheaper rotor will wear quickly and can warp under these additional stresses. I'm planning to get slotted DBA rotors and run them with upgraded pads (haven't decided, but probably Hawk) when my stock brakes wear out.

It will be also worthwhile to get stainless steel brake lines if you haven't already done so. It will improve your pedal feel and consistency.
