Mounting Lights on Aries BB

There are two holes drilled out on my Aries BB. They are plain holes with nothing inside the bar (I was expecting a tapped hole for a bolt). Are there supposed to be any kind of mount in there? How will I install the Hella 500ff lights I have coming in?

From what I'm seeing on the bar, it appears the lights will have all the needed hardware. I hope so at least.
