    I seen other topics on it but I am aware of 1st gen taco needs timing belt and water pump replace at 100K. I cant find a striaght answer for what I am looking for. I dont know about the 2012 2nd gen taco I got.. right now I got 64K on the clock.. by next spring it will hit the 100K mark. The question is this does the 12 taco needs water pump replacing beside the belt. Soon will get its sparkies change next month.

    Your 2012 has a chain, instead of a timing belt. No need for replacement under normal wear and tear.
