When I flip my sun visor all the way towards the windshied and hit a bump it flops down. It gets annoying. Can they be adjusted? If so how?

Bump. I also wish my visor went higher/would stay touching the windshield.

Perhaps tightening the nuts .... or ..... maybe, just maybe take the visors off ..... see if placing a thin (1/8" to 1/4") rubber "thingy" (my wife's word for things that don't have a name, although we know that everything has a name) between the visor connector and the cab roof.

Just a shot in the dark .... anything to give it a bit more resistance.
