I would check the tires for nails or rocks first.

U - joints maybe? Buddies truck "clicked" when in reverse and the u joints were bad.
Rotate your front drive shaft and see if there is any play in it.

not a rock nor a pain.
I have a feeling its something to do with the Cv axle going into the diff but I'm not sure what it could be. It was fine, came back from holiday 20 days later first drive and clunk clunk clunk but mostly between 20-40. Powered or coasting, 2 wheel or 4/

I'm mounting my go pro tomorrow and recording the Cv axle, as i checked the front hub/bearing for slop and thats fine

yeah, when i jacked the truck up there was no Slop in the wheel bearing.
All i know is, I'm FREaking out.
Im most likely pulling it all apart again today and see if i can SEE anything wrong after i pull on everything a bit.

gonna drain the oil in 10 min, ill update this then if i can solve it, a call to ECG.
Diff is only about 500km old after install

Drained the oil, since this is the first oil change i was expecting some metal filings,
barely any present so thats a + but still baffles me as to what can be making that noise.

CV axles and hub bearings next
