Hey everybody. I have a 2012 Tacoma and my ac has decided it doesn't want to blow cold air anymore. Was working fine up until 2 days ago. It will blow "cool" air and get cold occasionally but only for a short while. I talked to a friend of mine and he says it's not a recharge issue especially since I only have 34500 on it. Any ideas ?

Mileage isn't a factor. Could have a leak in the system from damage. I would get it checked. I wouldn't use it either until it was checked, so as not to cause any more damage due to lack of freon.

you should still be under the 3/36 warranty. Get it checked before it expires. There can be leaks that seep the refrig. out over a long period of time and it's just now being noticed. Or there may be something else more serious.

This, get it checked now while you are still under 36000 miles. Go over that and your screwed so take it in now.

Did you check the cabin air filter?
