"crappy" compared to what? A Porsche? Compared to any other mid size truck, they have the best in class stopping performance.

Man your just digging a hole and still not making sense.

Chris they are by no means best in class. Go drive an FX4 4.0 Ranger even 6 years older towing the same boat then make that claim. I gave up mine because the Tacoma had more room but just doesnt tow as well. But after all I've done to the suspension I'm liking it more and more.

Not only are they best in class, but they are by a good margin. The Loaded Tacoma still stops shorter than the loaded competition.

And my buddy has an FX4 4x4 ranger with the 4.0 V6. Not only will the Tacoma out stop it, but it smokes in to 60.

I don't care what graph says what. I owned both. Just like like when I read in some magazine that a car supposedly makes more power than another then time after time I'm at the dragstrip watching the weaker car smoke the other.

Here you can see that the 207 hp, and 238 ft-lbs of torque produce blinding acceleration:

Depends on how straight you like the front of your truck to be.
