Is it possible to warp a rotor by over tightening the lug nuts?

    Yeah, meant a little jokingly. But an uncalibrated torque wrench isn't much good, they are pretty easy to get out of whack if the user isn't careful. Best of luck getting this straightened out!

    I moded 1999 Taco so much it had turned to Land Cruiser
    Never mind uncalibrated Torque wrench. I have not seen Torque Wrench in use at the dealership since .... well Germans lost a war maybe... :D
    Same with backlash check. When rotors are installed they supposed to check backlash on them and adjust so they are even.. I seriously doubt that step is followed.
