Needing new tires

    Guys, i am about to purchase the tacoma listed in my signature this weekend! i am pretty excited. It's got 40k miles and needs new tires. I basically know nothing about wheels/tires but think i found the right measurements (265/70-16). What would you guys suggest for a cool looking tire that wont require me to buy new rims (since i am on a budget) or should i just splurge on new rims. I really would like some black ones!! Sorry if this is a noob question!
