What is the ''other'' connector behind driver kick panel?

Mine is a 2014 TRD Sport DC 4x4. What is the ''OTHER" harness behind driver's kick panel? I am getting ready to install a P3 Brake controller and thought I would spend one of the shipping days on the unit to locate the well hidden and bloody hands accessible factory harness. After a long struggle I found a white connector with a black blank cover taped behind a bundle of wires and said ''EUREKA'' I have it. But, actually, I did not not! This harness is flatter and wider. More blood and sweat and I found the elusive brake harness, it is more square and has no cover, is higher up and still a major PITA to get at.
Does anyone know what the "other" harness might be for, in case I might need to hook something to it at a future date?
At least I have a day or two to decide where to mount the control head and the worst of the complete install is behind me.
