I have a 2012 Tacoma 4x4 with Falken 275 x 70 x 17, LR UCA's, OME shocks on rear, AAL, and omeshocks and 885 coils on front, and timbren bump stops on rear. I ride the beach in South Jersey and my rear end seems to hit hard when bouncing over ruts in the sand. Any Ideas? Do i really need the rear bump stops? I think this may causing the sound and clunk. Slow speed bouncing is when I hear and feel it.

Actually 63 sounds correct. AAL added about two inches but the clearence I have between the bed and the bump stop is a little over an inch.

AAL added almost 3" sorry. Truck sits pretty much level with the EMU's all around and AAL

Bottoming out feeling. Hitting hard at low speed over ruts.

Timbrens are intended to act as secondary springs for weight-carrying, not as shocks (i.e. very little energy absorption). Get Wheeler's urethane Superbumps or hydraulic bumpstops made by a number of mfrs such as Icon (better performing but expensive - $600-$700 plus install).

What spring did you use? Dakars? What would be the best overall for beach riding, towing a boat, and commute to work?

This is true if you are using stock bumps. The Timbrens sit very close to the bump pad on the frame with just over an inch of gap. If you get springs that won't flex an inch upward, you end up with a very harsh ride and control problems at higher speeds off road.

Upgrading to better springs (like the Alcan pack) would help, but the Timbrens should still be swapped out.

And 73 ft-lb is conjecture, though it's acceptable in most cases. The torque should be higher (1st gen U-bolts were spec'd at over 90 ft-lb IIRC).

less than 10mph. The ruts or grooves cut into the sand
to get on the main beach are deep
