I just bought a 2006 Tacoma. Stock wheels are 17". Will 16" fit my truck?

After reading that question, I'm going to assume you have many more questions other than that one.

However, the short answer is: yes of course, obviously they'll fit.

But when it comes to picking your wheels/rims, do lots of research, there's different bolt patterns out there, different backspacing, offset, etc... could go for days... then compare that to your bolt pattern, spacing.

Then, do you have the clearance for whatever tires you have in mind.

The tacoma comes with two diameter size wheels. My offroad came with 16. The sport and limited has 17" all are interchangeable.

Cool. Thank you guys. I had a T100 back in the 90s. My plan is a 3" suspension lift. Just thinking ahead. Lift first. Thanks again!

If you're talking about aftermarket 16" wheels, then you'll have to be careful that they fit over the calipers. It's a tight fit. The inner part of many 16" wheels hit the brake caliper.
