Are you sure it's not from the loose brake pads? Does it always do this upon braking or just when going from fwd-reverse, or reverse-fwd?

Sounds like brake pads bud. Those washers on the uca's look like that..its normal. Mine did that also brand new and it could be axle wrap being an auto also. Nothing to worry about imo

I've got a clunk/click happening on my drivers side front wheel. Took it to the suspension shop that did an alignment on it a couple months ago. I thought a bolt may have come loose from that?

Anyway, they checked everything out and said the suspension is tight. Couldn't find the reason for the "click".

Happening when I hit larger speed bumps or there is some articulation in the suspension.

Doesn't happen 100% of the time, more like 80%. Once it "clicks" it's usually quiet for a bit before it gets jarred enough to click again.

    Any ideas?

Bad or missing spring bumpers maybe? [IMG]

I could see this making a sound upon braking since the front of the truck tucks with the front end weight plus hitting bumps might clack that arm

check your sway bar bushings, i had a clunk too but only when i hit bumps, not when braking like yours... but they're easy to check and easy to replace.
