I currently have 2011 dcsb trd sport, i have the rear tsb and 1.5" aal int he rear and in the fron ti have bilstein 5100 on the 1.75" setting with stock coils. The hybrid bumper weighs about 90 lbs and the winch i have no idea what one weighs and i may just leave the metal cable on it to. Also when i upgrade coils im wondering what setting for the shocks do i go back to zero? im wanting to keep some rake still hopefully. 1 inch difference.

    thanks

I'm about to get a hybrid myself and have billies set at 1.75". I think I'm going to go with the 885 coils. If you go with 885 coils set billies at 0, nothing more.

i talked to toytec and they said to use ther 112-60 for the bilstein and the .85 setting. he said using 885 is not what they recommend bc of warranty and because they are diff brands idk?

Yeah they will always recommend the old man emu struts with the 885 but a lot of members on her have 885 with billies and haven't had a problem. Its when you go up to 886 that you could have a problem. You could always go with the eibach coils. They have a 620# coil which is even higher than the 885 and a lot of members run them with billies. They lift 1.6" with billies set at 0 and you can use them set at .85 but Jo higher.

The Eibach coils with 5100s with put you at about 2.5" of lift and the weight of the winch and bumper it may be less but not much. The cutoff for needing new UCAS is 2.5" so you shouldn't need new ones.

I chose to go with 5100's and Eibachs. I am also doing a shackle flip for the rear with no TSB. What Hybrid do you have? I have a brute force and a Superwinch EP9.0 and it dropped the front of my truck a ton on stock coils and Shocks. My rear shocks are on back order so I wont be installing for a bit, but if you go with the eibachs at .85, I would love to know what it settles out to for you.
