Rear tire carrier bumper?

    Hello all! So I'm pretty New here on TW been lurking for ever but just joined. So I've got a question. In regards to the high clearance bumpers with the swing out tire carrier. Do most bumpers have the option to take the swinging gate off and leave it off? Because I would be carrying a Quad and need the tailgate to stay down. So the swinging gate would be able to be taken on and off. Is that a normal option?
