There has been a bunch of threads with some major damage to the Tacoma lately, and every time the passengers walk away.

This is just one more reason I traded in my Camry and purchased my Tacoma.

That girl didn't get far before she got caught. Her companion didn't have his seat belt on, so he was pretty out of it. The cops had to drag him out.

"This is a very nice rig .."

Indeed, took a good hit and kept you safe. I know that area well, CHP has an outlet right behind the Spires. Good to see they were caught quick.

Thx for sharing, makes me feel safer now as I just got a Taco and coming from a Tundra, collision strength was a worry since it's so small.

You must have put up a cam as your first mod ... what type was it ?

    Quality is perfect.

Yes. We were talking about how nice the truck feels. We are definitely getting another Tacoma. That thing helped keep us alive. All the safety features functioned as they should. Props to all the research and engineering in these new vehicles.

I have dashcam on all my vehicles. This one in particular is a Blackvue DR500. I hooked it up just the night before to record our first offroad trail excursion in the morning. That's why you see all the dust on the truck. There are other dashcams out there that are cheaper and will do the same job.

I'm glad to see the Tacoma protected you all.

The dashcam was a plus, however I did think I was watching another Russian crash video. ;)

Good to hear you're all OK.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    That is CRAZY!

    Glad you're OK.
