Here is what I am ordering today but want to make sure that I get everything needed all at once so there are no surprises during the install.

Bilstein 5100 front shocks and OME 885 coils (going for 2.5 inches in the front)
    Bilstein 5100 rear shocks
Wheelers HD Leaf Pack for ~2 inches lift over stock in the rear (includes polyurethane bushing set and new U-bolts)

Will I need anything like shackle bolts or different bump stops or anything else? Thanks for any input.

You're good with the stock UCA. I'd probably add extended rear brake lines to the list.

I am sticking with stock wheels and currently have 265/75's. No plan to go to 285's at the moment. As far as the brake lines, I wheel but not really any hardcore flexy stuff. Hopefully that should be good for a while also.

You can always add UCAs later after you make your thread about not being able to get a good caster number

You may need a CB drop but you can easily add that later if it's the case

May want a 1/4" lean spacer too

See, that's what I was talking about. I forgot all about that but will go ahead and add it to the list. My truck does not lean right now but I am scared it may once the lift goes on.

This is 100% true. After lifting mine i soon realized i was going to need the CB drop. I also didnt really have much lean until my lift but it is now more noticeable after the lift has been on and settled, probably going to have to do a spacer as well. No big deals though!

The stock coils are side specific to address the lean , the 885's are not

Well that explains why you notice it more after replacing the coils!

Well, order has been placed. After talking to the helpful folks at Wheelers, I decided to get the OME Dakar leaf pack with one of the overload leafs removed for my desired ride height instead of their own HD pack. He said that the Dakar's will ride better if there isn't consistently a load in the back of the truck. Hopefully doing the install next weekend!

Go ahead and get the CB drop. That way when you need it you have it instead of waiting another week for it to get there. Shipping will be cheaper ordering it together instead of separate.

I have read a lot of threads about this. Seems the general consensus that I have seen is stay away from them. Really it's about 50/50 but either way.

That's the front differential drop that doesn't do anything on 2nd gens. These are worthless and get thrown in the corner.

The CB is the carrier bearing drop for your drive shaft to keep it lined up when you lift. This can fix some driveline vibes you get from lifting the rear.

What does that do? I see it says center bolt head lengthener but whats the purpose? Would it be needed if I am having them remove one of the overload leafs?

What it does is extend the length that the head of the centre pin sticks out below the bottom of the leaf pack , this allows you to use slide in style axle shims later if you find you need them , and having the collars installed doesn't have any adverse effect if you find you don't need to run axle shims

Without the collar , the thickness of the shim doesn't leave enough of the centre pin head exposed to positively engage the axle
