    A few things
    If thats all you messed with it and it looks and drives good then its up to you. Shouldn't effect toe. I would get an alignment. Probably better safe then sorry as far as your tire wear goes. I'll probably get one in the next month or so.

    A few things
    Yeah they usually dont touch the upper control arm. I told them not to when i did mine. They can get a little adj from the LCA. If you loosen that bolt while on the ground it will slide all the way in immediately (spindle will go right into spring probably).

    You loosen the top nut , slide the top of the tire towards or away from the truck , re-torque the top nut , camber adjustment complete

    That adjustment only effects camber

    You generally should start with your LCA cams at a neutral position , set the LR UCA ball joint at your desired caster setting , align the truck as close as you can with the LCA cams , get the caster and toe where you want it and if you need to tweak the camber you can do that at the top nut of the LR UCA

    bjMoose has a great thread on LR UCA adjustments , I'll see if I can find it , hang on
