887's are the same spring rate as the 884's and 885's but longer than the 885's

Do we all still agree that you cant use 886s with the 5100s. Just wandering im gonna through some top plate spacers on my 885s just get it back up a little after the bumper. I really hoped i could get by with this setup for a while until i got the cabbage together for coil overs.

Looks great. How's the ride? If I go with OME shocks should I get the 90000 or the 90021?

    From toytec:

"90000 is for use with additional weight up front. 90021 is for stock weight up front and not to be used with 886s."

I would call and ask about 887s.

Thanks for the help guys. I'm sold on the 887 coils, seems like the way to go. As for shocks I'm gonna go to the local offroad shop and get some prices.

I am running 887's on a DCSB, no armor yet, I got almost exactly 3" of lift.

Rides great! No vibrations, no issues so far. Very pleased.

I run 887's up front with Dakars in the back.

I run AllPro Apex front and rear bumpers, I have the side armor plates for the back bumper, and the hidden hitch receiver installed.

All told, I got about 2" in the front and 2.5" in the back, due to the trail armor.

When I get my winch, I'm probably switching to the 886 front springs and an extra leaf for the Dakars in the back, because I want to keep a full 3" lift, by God.

Didn't think 887s were actually a real coil. I saw someone mention them here once or twice, but I thought they were being wise guys.
