I just purchased a 2014 Double Cab and was wondering if anyone else has used anything to prevent their rocker panels from the elements, rocks, salt, snow etc.

I know there is a 3M Clear Bra that can be applied to the hood, is there anything comparable to that for the rockers?

I use xpel on another car to protect that area, and the whole front when I take the car to the track... it is amazing stuff, but expensive.

We may be talking apples and oranges ... where exactly are you concerned ... isn't there factory applied protection along/just above the pinch weld and in front of wheel wells?

Are mud guard on or off? If still on, there should be no problem.
