My truck already had 5100s (set at 1.75) on it in the front when I purchased it. I'm not 100% sure if the springs are the factory springs or not.

Also, the rear of my truck seems to be a bit higher than other similar trucks (it has what appears to be the factory 4-leaf pack, but again, I'm not 100% sure about that).

The truck is a 2012 DCLB TRD 4x4

What should the hub-to-fender (or ground-to-fender) measurements of a stock truck with the stock tires be?

My stock 2012 DCLB sport is 20-1/4 front and 22-1/4 back hub to fender. I do have a A.R.E topper on also. so did drop in back about 3/4"
