07 Tacoma Chirping Sound

My first thought is to look carefully around your belt and fan. Might be debris in there (leaf, plastic cup, ...).

But then since you notice it more on acceleration, I lean toward drive line. Get under there and see if the tailpiece of the transmission might be dented to where it could rub the drive shaft. Also, in general look for anything that might be rubbing the drive shaft.
You could unbolt center bearing on the drive shaft and see if it spins easily around the shaft. Then bolt it back up (make sure you center it) and remove bolts at back of driveshaft to see if that ujoint moves freely.

Something binding up along the driveline might make it feel like a loss in power and then once you get up to speed you've got enough momentum to overcome the binding.

Thanks again for the help. I'd sure like to say that I took your advice but the next symptom came along first so I took it to the shop instead. It started vibrating pretty bad on the gas pedal & steering wheel but now there was no noise! U joint was messed up! $116 later &
I am back to full power & no noise! I don't understand how that fixed my power problem but hey , I will just say. prayer works!! God smiles on Toyotas & that's why I have been hooked for decades.

im a tech for Toyota. kinda sounds like a alternator bearing
