I've done so much research and I still don't know what size or what brand tire. I'm getting a 3 inch lift for my 2014 Tacoma and I want to run my stock 17 sport rims with better tires that may help me in the sand but still good for everyday use. I am new to the 4x4 world so sorry if It seems as if idk what I'm talking about. Also I don't want to trim anything.

I think if you're running stock 17s, 265 70 will fit WITHOUT trimming stuff. What kind of lift do you have?

3 inch toytec ultimate lift with aal for the rear. The shop also suggested wheel spacers so I ordered those also.

You wouldn't need wheel spacers for 265 or even 275s. If you go 285 w/ a full 3" lift, and stock 17" rims, you will need the spacers. 1.25" I believe is the proper offset

We practically have the same set up, and i recommend BFG All-Terrain T/A KO LT275/70R17. I like em because its a great all around tire and quiet.

Your pretty much running my setup. 265/70/17 for sure without trimming. Maybe you can get away with a bit bigger but those will fit for sure cuz that's what I have. Your Toyec lift should be set around 2.5" in real life numbers. If you have it cranked up to 3" I hope you have aftermarket UCA's and it would be a rough ride.

Just noticed the "stock" in OP. Whoops. I believe that tire size still will work with the stock wheel though.

Looks like he's running Duratracs 265/75/16 which is equivalent to a 265/70/17 and no he shouldn't of had to trim.
