It's temporary. "They" are keeping you honest after the A$$ raping we got this summer on gas prices.

One of our Baja group bought one....looks awesome when you be doing 80 or so and he blows by you like you are parked! As to the cost of fuel? If you haven't figured it out yet, most of the folks who can afford a Raptor could care less about what the fuel costs.

Have you had her to Moab yet? Got to drive the Toyota Trail Teams support truck (DC Taco) on Hells Revenge and it did amazing...a Pro would work great there! Congrats on the truck!

You Tube "Hells Gate Taco" for a video of the Trail Team guys taking the DC through Hells Gate on Hells Revenge...they did awesome! Then again, those guys spent lots of hours learning from Bill Burke so are pretty good. Took my FJ 40 through Hells Gate and it was serious pucker factor in a swb rig, but way fun! Red Rock 4 wheelers from Colorado does an event called "Cruise Moab" every year that does full runs with guides etc like Easter Jeep Safari, only all Toyotas...good way to learn Moab with some good guides and spotters etc....might be going there this next year once again.

well considering i am one of those people that could easily afford a raptor and still am not foolish enough to commit to one i guess your reasoning isn't applicable to everyone.

Since I am not a heavy duty off road guy, I think the TRD supercharger would get my money for my TRD Off Road DCSB.

If I did aggressive off road driving the Pro suspension might be more important.
