    With a road bike, there is no suspension haha to compress, and excessive binding tension prolly aint that great for the headset, fork or wheel. haha

    I understand what your saying but there is no fucking way I would put straps on these. I'll stick with my $650 rack that I know is going to work and not scratch or rub the fuck out of my bikes.
