Leveling kit and 285's

Thanks man I might have a 2in aal the back sits higher but not a crazy lean if I went up to 2.5 in the front it would be perfect as far as level with the lift now I had to trim the inner fender liner the iner fender flare about 1/2in and removed the front mud flaps that's with 16x8.5 -6 wheels

 

What kind of mileage are you getting with that? I was looking to do that setup awhile ago for the mileage.

Alohaderman your truck is sick! This is what I want to mine. Have any more pics? And what's on this build and how much did it cost you?

 

Your not gonna fit 15 inch procomp wheels. 16 inch minimum.

 

285s you still may have to do some trimming and watch the stock wheels. Make sure you won't hit the upper control arm with a taller tire.

 

I have Toy Tec 2.50 Spacer and 1.5 aal sits perfect. Have 275 70 17 but definitely can clear 285s.

 

procomp spacer 2.5". bfg AT's 285/70/R17's. i had to trim a little bit of plastic. nothing drastic, very minimal.

 

i still need to install my AAL to level the rear

 

Remember the bigger tire you go may look good but it just means its that much less travel you have off road.

 

You will only have less travel if the tire rubs on something right?

 

Well it will rub on the wheel well lining a lot, cab mount and probably rub on your uca's. So like I have 1.75in lift in front I could fit 285's but I do off camber trails and moving from a 32" tire to a 33" will give me that much less travel and more rubbing. If you do 99% street your fine.

Bilstein 5100 set at 2.5" pro comp xtreme MT 33" 285/75/R17. but anyone should calibrate VSC after install your leveling kit ???
