I cannot speak for all-pro as I have not done business with them, but based on your own words you are being extremely unreasonable and I can understand why they are ignoring you. The only thing they should do is send you a packing slip with the packing for return which would come with the replacement bumper. The bumper can even be picked up at your door once it is ready to go.

This is why you don't throw a company under the bus unless you REALLY get screwed by them. All this did was make me want to buy an all-pro when I have the cash. OP needs to stop making and issue of a non issue that the vender has tried to make right or he'll end up like this guy --->:redxfall:

I agree here. The OP sounds totally unreasonable. What's so hard repacking with the original packaging stuff? Or just use duct tape and cardboard from any dumpster from the back of a business is absolutely free. Sounds like the OP wants to have his cake and eat it too.

As soon as my commission rolls in next month I'll be dropping nearly $5K with AllPro. I'm just as excited to use it as an excuse to drive to MT to pick up my new toys and meet the fellas. BTW, Victor is a beautiful place! With any luck I can pick up this scratch and gouged bumper for a discount!

I understand the disappointment honestly, but how the hell are they supposed to prepare it for shipping? I get that it's lost time for the OP and that sucks, but shit happens as they say. Deal with paying to pallet the item and remember next time to inspect it before discarding the pallet it came on.

Even if the powdercoat is good leaving the shop, the likelihood is that it will get damaged in transit. Much better to just do it yourself or at least get it coated locally.

A thought I had was that it was damaged while shipping, then they (freight company) re-wrapped it prior to delivery so that it looked like it was ok?

I think that might have been a mistake. Sometimes when trying to post if you click the submit button twice it will double post.

OP, Take the time to get a pallet and strap the bumper down. Hell, you have a truck. put the pallet in the truck, then put the bumper on it and strap it down. The shipping company with unload it for you. How much is your time really worth, It shouldn't take you more than a few hours.

So your offroad bumper isnt perfectly painted
All pro offers to refund the price of the pc
they also offer to get a vendor an hour and a half away to come get the bumper for you
    and you are still mad..

Yeah you're not getting any sympathy from me.. if anything you accomplished exactly opposite of what you wanted. You made yourself look like an ass and made All pro look very helpful..

it doesn't matter if he bought it simply to mount it on a shrine and stare at it. Its the OP's money, so what he does with it is his business.

After having dealt with AP to get my APEX front bumper I'm not sure why this thread was even started. Nothing but great customer service and support from the All Pro crew. No hesitation on my part to use them again in the future. Sounds like everyone has a pretty good handle on how unreasonable the OP is being but honestly DO NOT let this turn you away from using All Pro as they are a great group turning out a great product.

    Mini-Rant is now over.

Its amazing what some people try to do these days:rolleyes:

True, but if he's so concerned with keeping it mint why doesn't he Linex, wrap, or even Plasti-derp the thing. I know those looks have haters but with that $200 he has tons of options to make the thing look all pretty again.

Bottom line, throwing an apparently honest company under the bus multiple times on Tacoma world will do nothing but make yourself look like an anus.
