I have been going back and forth with getting the SR or Sr 5 package.

I just don't need something's on the sr5 pkg. and it seems like a waste of money to me.

Has anyone bought one of these? I'm thinking I can save 2k by going with the SR package. But I do like the chrome accents of the SR5 and the alloy wheels.

If you have any pics, I would love to see them.

The alloys wheels of the SR?
That packages comes with the black out wheels like this
    [IMG]

The light grey alloys come with the TRD OR pkg are extra $$ if you do not buy a TRD OR.
    SR5's have steel wheels.

You can always find the standard off road alloys here, CL, ebay for less $$
(that was I did in my 2006)
but remember the TPMS sensors are different in the steel wheels
and sometimes used do not come with them
    Or....buy something aftermarket.

Yea, I'm leaning towards the SR and then get some aftermarket wheels.
    Thanks for posting the pic.

Just bought 2015 DCLB SR. I had a 2002 SR5 TRD Tundra. I miss the intermittent wipers and double visors with extensions. But I saved some $$$. Black wheels and smoke headlights look good. Probably plastidip the lugs. The chrome stands out a little against the black wheels.

Yea, I have a 1st Gen. Sr5, I like the Crome accents with that package, but with the SR package I think I can put some nice alloys and it will make it pop.

I just didn't need all the extra stuff you have to buy with the SR5, Like entune Plus, tow package ( $170 hitch will work for me) lumbar stuff and the list goes on. The sr5 package on the 2015 has about $2k worth of stuff on it I just don't need.

My first Gen. I wasn't forced to buy all those add ons.
