Heyy all. Got a less than awesome undercoat job on my '14. Don't care to take any chances with rust, so was thinking about spraying it all down with Amsoil HDMP. If I'm diligent about it, it should protect just the same without the undercoating no?

    Thanks!

I have never used it. But I can't see it lasting longer than a good true undercoat.
A good under coat should be bonded the the frame. I can't see that bonding to the frame as long as real under coat.

Would i use it? Sure, but I'd use it multiple times over a period of time.
Maybe 4 times a year. or touch up the areas that need attention.

Yep I'll be diligent about the spraying. In the middle of a restoration now of my 99 Saturn (don't ask) and I've seen enough rust to last a lifetime now!

    none yet
My fear of the guys at the shop not giving a ratass about cleaning and coating my truck properly which led me to crowl under my truck and did it all by myself. Wasn't an easy job but I had to do it for my peace of mind.
