Not sure what op is asking? But I have a 3 Y/O & 5 Y/O and we have a 75 lb Lab mix. Anything less than a DC is useless to me.

I had an 05 access cab, loved it should not have sold it!
When my little girl grew older and one day had to turn the carseat around forward facing, in the back of that little stump of a seat. folded down or not it was not safe. At that point i had the opportunity to get the double cab and that was the deciding factor.

I couldn't get my dog into my DC if I tried. (English Mastiff)

Oh, and I once bought a Ford Excursion before I had either of my 2 kids....just because I wanted one.

I have two dogs. The dogs usually wind up in the front seat or in the bed in a cage.

However, I can't imagine not having the DC.

I bought mine cause I needed the room and plus I wanted a double cab. I have a 4 month old daughter and a 110lb yello lab. We do a lot of camping and I'm able to fit all our gear in the bed and some in the cab on the floor board and still have room for my wife, daughter, and dog

BUY A DOG! Under any circumstances, DO NOT have or purchase a baby!! Those things are just a big pain in the ass!! Gods are way better! Forget to feed a dog and he will just be even happier when he gets his extra portion to make up for it! Babies just cry and bitch until they get something. Any, babies won't even eat a hamburger that you dropped on the ground!! A dog will!! GET A DOG, it will save you tons of grief! :)

The back seat of a police car should have plenty of room for you. ;)

As to the OP's question... No I haven't, but I did get rid of my Access Cab and bought a Double Cab when my son got too big for the rear seats.

That will hold more than enough babies. Depending on how you arrange their cages...

I got a DC because of my son. Otherwise I'd be driving an AC. My blue heeler rides in the bed and barks at every car we meet.
