    Ok i have a 2010 tacoma 2wd double cab-

I use it offroad in nevada its got 4" spindles brand new pro comp struts-

Just replaced my steering rack. Its been aligned tires are balanced

BUT!, my steering wheel wobbles on the highway and when i apply the brakes anywhere from 40mph and up.

Its annoying. Has anyone installed universal steering dampers? Is there something im missing? The truck only has 31" tires and i do have wheel spacers - at this point im willing to go back to a stock set up but want to know if any creative minds have run into this issue.

rotors may be warped/ high spots. The procomp shocks (if anything like that where on my brother's jeep) could be riding so ruff that the bump are not being absorbed by the shocks, and just translated through the steering.

What brand spacers? Hub centric or lug centric? Make sure your rotors are not warped and make sure your rotors are sitting flush agents the hub and that the spacers are flush agents the rotors... If any part is off just a bit, it is magnafied by the spacers...
If your running 31" 's, why do u have the spacers? All you are doing is causing geometry issues and putting undue stress on your bearings.

    X2 !!!

Even with coil sprung, solid axel, track bar set ups... The dampener is there only to prevent/dampen over steer due to sway or bumps, but is blamed/replaced for for all kinds of reasons that can not be properly explained like "death wobble", all those Dodge's and Jeeps with those huge duel dampeners may look cool, but I know what is really going on!

Don't ever think or get talk into adding a steering dampener to an IFS vehical unless it is strictly performance related.
