    Just ordered mine today too.

Pro, Access Cab, Auto, Inferno. $37,390 + TTL and 3m scotch guard.

They did me a "favor" and didn't add dealer mark-up but would only give me $100 off sticker.

As for mods dealing with suspension and tires etc . . . I don't know enough to buy anything yet. Lots to learn, I just want a bad ass truck and always wanted a Tacoma. 60k for a Raptor may or may not be too much, but it's more than I want to pay for it. And after buying sports cars for 15 yrs, under 40k seemed reasonable for a "special edition" of what I wanted.

    I will truly enjoy it!

Besides the wheels and some paint and badging differences, what makes a Pro a Pro? I've heard something about a bit different shocks and perhaps a bit more wheel travel. Is this significant or more of a marketing gimmick? Do the Pro's have any frame enhancements that might rectify the current 2nd Gen frame rust problem plaguing those from Canada and the northeastern US? Are dealers even mentioning the rust problem to new customers?

I think the inferno is a bad ass color, but I don't see paying that much. I got 2K off my 2014 double cab 4x4 with JBL for 32K. I'm not a big fan of how they mark up the price to 40K, but couldn't color match the mirrors and handles. The shocks on the other hand are bad ass since I don't want to alter my 100,000 mile warranty. I think I will take the money I saved and just do an Icon front coil lift. The grill looks nice, but still cheap looking. Just buy a homertaco grill! Great truck and congratulations!!! Everytime I do see a PRO, even if it's stock, I will be breaking my neck looking at it. Haha

Suspension is different, with increased travel and ride height. I think it rides better. Rear springs are the same 4 leaf pack. Outside of that, along with wheels and tires, the rest is cosmetic.

Do the TRD pros have different UCA's since they have increased travel and a lift?

Yeah I upgraded from my F150 eco Lariat. Over $50 for it. Sold it. Ford is nice and mostly dependable. Only few issues with mine. Did you get the 8 speed tranny? Big improvement for Ford. Havent really seen the new F150, but outdated really isnt just a Toyota issue.

The TRD pro is cool but for almost 40k I would rather get the cosmetic parts and put an icon suspension.

I bought a sport and think it was a stupied idea now when I look back. Should of gotten a SR5 and saved myself a ton of coin. Instead I bought more expensive junk to replace with even better more expensive stuff.

If you just want to jump into a truck and never do any modifications on it yourself by all means spend the extra 15k for a TRD pro and youll have a really capable truck out of the box.

If your willing to put some time wrenching in yourself and enjoy doing so buying a TRD Pro is a silly financial decision. Get a SR5 and do it up the way you want.

Makes no sense to pay a premium for modified parts that you strip off and replace.

Long shot I know, but can any Pro owners do a solid and take out their grill and snap a few photos on the back side of it. I'm interested in how the black plastic insert specific to the Pro clips into the painted portion of the grill.

I'm hoping if I get ahold of a Pro grill in the future I don't have to deal with getting it painted. I can just unclip the center inserts and switch them out between the two.

Nice truck OP. I have one in order with tow package. $500 under stick is the best I have found so about $38450 total. If I bought a TRD SPORT and did the wheels, tires , suspension, and exhaust plus labor for install I'd be about same cost.

Dealer told me $36048 with a 72 hr guarantee, then I never heard back. I am sure his boss lit him up. It was three hours away so I couldn't go raise h@ll with them.
