How many Tacoma's in your city/town?

Here the Tacoma's fly off the lot as soon as they come in. Just try to find a dealership with good TRD off-road or TRD sport on the lot, lol! Just recently I started noticing when i am at a red light at an intersection, if you count mine, 99.9% of the time at least 2 other 2nd gen Tacoma's are also at the light waiting. so at a 4 way red light intersection that is at least 3 Tacoma's sitting there. I don't even think Honda Civic owners can claim that!

Are Tacoma's that popular where you are?

 

So .... if Abbeville had 23 traffic lights ... and while you are at a light ... and at least 3 Tacomas are at that light ... what is the minimum an maximum number in town?

There are a lot here but most are unmodded and not on TW.

 

Minimum 3 ... maximum 47 ... as he stated every time he is at a light there are at least 3 sitting there ... him and two others ... so it is possible while he is at the other 22 lights it is possible no two Tacomas are the same as those at the other 22.

 

LOL! i am talking about when i am in the city, in Lafayette. in abbeville, there ARE ONLY 3 cars at the light, LOL! j/j but close

Tacomas fly off my local dealers lot so quick I had to surf their Web site every night and check their future inventory. I called them when I saw the truck I wanted and put a deposit on it before it arrived at the dealer.

There's only like 2 or 3 lights in Abbeville isn't there? You lived there long? I have family there and my uncle used to have a grocery store there.

on veterans memorial there is 4-5 lights now, lol! abbeville grow'd up!

 

Calgary has 6 Toyota dealerships, if each one sells 2 Tacomas per month, that's 144 new Tacomas rolling out every year.

Based on that assumption, I'd say that 14 might be destined for somewhere other than Calgary.

So 130/yr... Times 3yrs (for the current 2012+ model). = 390

There's about 400 other (Gen 2.1) Tacomas in my city, I'd guess...

Plus all the "older" Gen 2.0's (2004-2011). Which Id' guess there's atleast 1000 of.

 

There's a regular cab I see drive by my house that's lifted with a a front metal bumper (like body armor). I swear I've seen it on this site before.

 

I probably see 20 or 30 a day, and my commute is a total of 10 miles?

I work at a Chevy dealer and one day when I was pulling into the employee parking lot, there were 5 Tacomas including mine. This city is full of them. I recently purchased a new 2014 DC SR5 long bed in white, and at an intersection the other day there were 3 other white Tacomas.

 

Do I count the ones on the Dealers lot?
