Fog light anytime, 4Lo yellow wire mod, OME all around with 886 coils, Icon AAL, LR UCA's, Driver side seat lift, DIY Satoshi, 285/75/16 Duratracs on Pro Comp 7069,

So, I have been getting pretty noticeable vibration at about 70km/h and up. I have had my 285 duratracs balances twice, is it the tires or me needing a carrier bearing drop kit from the bit of lift? I am assuming its just the tires cause when I push the clutch in it still vibrates, if it was the drive shaft it wouldn't vibe when the clutch is in correct?
