If it was me and I couldn't find it, I'd be calling the cops to file a report that states it was ejected during the crash and you are unable to locate it. That way if someone else finds/found it, your ass is covered. That is assuming everything was legit with it and how it was being transported (dont know the laws there).
As far as dealing with the parts, talk to the agent/adjuster about having additional items that were not on your insurance. Your policy may allow for those items even though they were not listed with the truck.

still can't find the pistol. Its all legit though. Filed report with local S.O. Thanks guys!
Ive gotten lots of help from my local florida guys with parts. I've got a busy couple of days off ahead of getting her back to stock. The insurance is letting me keep her for a week. The adjuster I was assigned is in Pensacola because they totaled it thru the photos I sent them with the app on my cell phone. LOL. I explained that I had ALOT of aftermarket parts on her and all receipts for the the parts and would need a week to get my old parts back on. ;) ;). The bumpers I'm getting are blue (front) and black (rear). LOL. I think it will be fine though… Totaled is totaled… right? I'll find out soon enough. now just gotta make sure I get more than 8,500.00 from them for her and I'm fine. Id like more like 13,000.00 from insurance but idk… something tells me they're going to try and screw me. Hopefully not though. Thanks again for the support. I'll keep ya posted

Find some State or local, if possible, for sale comparables to submit to the adjuster in case their payout is a bit low. Year, trim, miles, condition.
    Good luck.

Ended up with close to 14k for the truck!!! after 1k deductible i'll have around 4200 bucks plus the money from all my parts. Thanks again to the local florida guys that came thru for me with stock parts so i could get my aftermarket parts off. Thanks to everyone for listening and giving advice.

Glad you're ok and good deal! So what's next? Maybe hold out to see if Toyota rumors are true and 2016 is a redesign?

This right here makes me realize I probably didn't need to pay $299 for GAP coverage when I financed it through my credit union. More of a piece of mind thing and I've wasted way more money on pointless shit haha.

Are you going to sell all the parts that you pulled?
