I'm getting ready to order a rear bumper for my 08 Tacoma and would like to know if anyone has any experience with Tactical Armor Group and their products ?
I've spoke with them 3 times now with questions, they answer the phone, a big + for them. Another + is I'm looking at $825.00 including shipping for a bumper from them to my specs. The rep told me it takes 8 to 12 weeks for a bumper.
I've tried 4 other bumper builders and only 1 returned a call, Sawtooth Industries to say they weren't talking orders at this time. At least I know they're out of the running. Still waiting on the others.
My current bumper is bent up real bad along with the hitch and I really can't wait 5 to 10 months for a bumper.

    Thanks for any input.

I have one. And actually its my truck on their website in the pics. It would not have been my first choice. But previous owner put it on. I don't care too much for the looks and how it does not fit the line perfect. But it's really beafy. Well made No complaints there only wish I had the removable D-rings.

Not a vendor I would deal with and they are within a hour and a half from me. I've seen one of their tacoma bumpers and it wasn't that great. Here's some background reading for you. They went by another name before TAG (Kennesaw Mountain Offroad) and had the same crappy service.

Enjoy. I wouldn't recommend them at all or even take a chance on them.

Some of them are the very ones that won't return calls or they're 5 to 10 months behind.

You could get one from Eric (Relentless Fab) in kit form and get it faster. Then just have someone local to you weld it together for you. I did mine like that and got it in 3 weeks then it took me a month before I got the time to weld it together. lol

Well, after more research and phone calls I just ordered a Trail Rider 2.0 from CBI. :D I spoke with a Kenny there, he was very helpful and answered my questions. He also offered to me an online coupon code for 10% off that expires today, I had to make the purchase online. He also assured me I would have a bumper in 3 to 4 weeks. We'll see how this goes. Most everything I read was pretty positive about CBI.
