My trial on my '14 is about to expire, the Entune reception sucks so bad, I hesitate to renew it. I don't drive the truck much, I'm typically in my Camry.

They offered $29.95 for 6 months and no fee. I'm tempted, but I'm not sure but they may even do better. I can always stream Pandora or Music Match through bluetooth for free unless XM is cheap enough. I have XM in my Camry already on a portable unit that I can put in my truck for a trip.

What was your experience? I emailed them to ask if it includes Stern which I hate to admit, but I do listen to him....LOL. A character flaw as my wife calls it.

Wait'em out, let the service drop and give it a little while, they will call and offer better pricing, ultimately you should get about 50%off. Thats what i have done in the past.

I let mine expire. They called about a week later and I
Got 35 (after fees/taxes) for 6 months. Just renewed for 5 months for about 29 after taxes/fees. I have short commute its not worth more than that to me.

My best deal, switched to a Pandora subscription. XM was alright but it seemed like I heard the same songs over and over again after a while, plus the audio quality was kind of bad.

That's the best you're gonna do. That's aftually a really good deal. I usually end up with $100 for the year.

    That's what I pay, $90ish a year. I forget the package I got.

As the subscription comes to an end, they call and I tell them +$180 a year is not worth it.... they end up working out a deal with me.

The quality of XM audio is just OK. But Pandora is no better, but free. My HD radio channels always sound better than XM and Pandora.

I spend about 2+ hours on the road everyday, so I'll probably hang on to XM for now.

$80.00 for the last year... Will play the hold out game when it expires next month.

My HD is almost useless as is the FM, both fade in and out. I'm already paying about $180/year for one other radio + Internet radio for one of those I have at home. I really don't want to pay any more but if cheap enough I may. They are calling this deal 66% off..LOL

Same offer I got for the next 6 months. This doesn't include all the talk radio, which I never listen to anyway.

    Best/Worst deal I got:

New taco, XM Installed and pre-activated.

No XM Antenna actually installed in the shark fin.

6 Months of fighting with corporate and the dealership, no luck, no antenna.

Got an antenna from eBay. Installed into my shark fin.

    XM Still activated.

    Free XM!

Talk radio as in Howard Stern? I listen between Octane, Highway, the 90's; country, and Stern. If I get those I'm good. Other than that, I don't even know what else is on there.

5 months for $3.75 per month. Just ask to speak with a customer retention specialist.

Customer retention specialist... who knew that even existed...LOL. If I can get that price and it includes Stern, they'll get my business.

Most times you'll get transferred to one if you tell them you are not interested in what they quoted and just want to cancel.

I waited for 4 months and I just signed back up and received 6 months free and paid for 12 @ 79.00 so 18 months for like $4.40 a month.....

I had an old account from my 13 Ford that was bought back by Ford for recall issues before I got the Tacoma...

I have paid $80 a year for the last 3 years. I got the deal one time and each year at renewal time they send me a bill for $140 or something. I call up and say I would like to renew but it's not worth $140 to me but if you will do it for $80 like last year I will renew it. They don't seem to have a problem honoring it.

I just do the freebie previews a couple times a year; then get tired of it, let them shut it off. It's a novelty for me. MOre applicable to big sky country where there are few stations.

Pandora is great, but people always overlook the fact that is EATS DATA LIKE A BOSS. So in the end you are paying for pandora via your cell phone plan.
