Need help on lift kit and tires

    I have a Double Cab 2011 TRD sport (silver) that is still stock for the most part. I've just added a tonneau cover, black tube steps, and tinted the front windows to match the back. I love my truck and want to get a lift and some bigger tires to match and beef it up. I'm thinking just a 3 inch lift and not really sure on the tires. I want to go all black on the rims though. This would be primarily for "looks" as to be honest I don't really go off road much, but maybe if I could now? I'm looking for some guidance on how much $ I'm looking at and where to start??? Is it possible to do this all including installation for say, under $2,000? Appreciate the help and feedback!

    Read all the diff drop threads and still did it. My cv's still have some angle with 3" icon lift.

    The suspension thread has a great article posted on p. 12. That entire thread is a must read. For $2,000 you could go Icon coilovers w/ tubular UCAs in front and OME Dacar leafs in back. Then switch out that step bar for Pelfreybilt sliders, skids, and bumpers.

    Or you could save money and just get Bilstein 5100s in front w/ stock coils set at or under 1.5" w/ AALs in back w/o having to worry about a diff drop kit. That would give you the lift necessary for the bigger tires.
