Need Help with radio plugs

i have a 2010 jbl unit and i want to put in a 2014 jbl nav unit, but i need help with plugs, different between 10 and 14. Any help or someone who might be able to help? 1. Plugs 2010

there are a few guys that did writeups on this swap. But at the end, it's just easier to just buy aftermarket

 

got my plugs now i have to make a harness than start putting together

 

Thats probably true but I like the factory look. Also people generally dont break into cars for factory radios.
